Partial Sun? Partial Shade? There is a difference. Plants that like partial shade thrive with about 3-4 hours of sunlight, but prefer it in the morning or evening when the sun is not so hot. Plants that like partial sun prefer more sun than shade and require 4-6 hours of sunlight in the middle of the day.
